About Coach Carolyn

Carolyn is a dedicated fitness professional with over ten years of experience working in gym settings. Carolyn’s approach to fitness is balanced and client-centric, she aims to personalize her approch to each individual client. Carolyn prides herself on having a kind, approachable, and energetic deameanor paired with a detail-oriented mindset for planning fitness programming. She believes her life’s purpose is to help others feel healthy, empowered, and excited about moving their body. She would be honored to be your trusted trainer!

Carolyn focuses on results-driven hypertrophy style strength training. She is able to tailor this to any client’s individual goals, and works with clients of all body types, fitness levels, and ages. Secondarily, Carolyn had a deep specialization in and passion for mat Pilates. She carries many of her Pilates principles into her strength coaching including 360 degree core development, mind muscle connection, posture correction, posterior chain development, time under tension, and joint & tendon health for longevity.
